At TOAST, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
